Montanans cannot afford to pay more for auto repair costs and insurance rates!

The Montana Legislature must vote NO on SB 356 and help keep costs down.

The Problem
Why It Matters
What Needs to Happen

Legislation like SB 356 is a money grab by auto body repair shops looking to make even more profit. While the average amount that Montana drivers pay for auto insurance is well below the nationwide average, the average auto body collision repair in Montana is already the 5th highest in the nation. Montanans cannot afford to pay more for repairs and insurance.

If passed, SB 356 could increase auto repair costs and insurance rates for Montana consumers. The bill would also push insurers out of the repair process, hindering their ability to facilitate a fair repair cost on behalf of consumers.

As this bill moves through the Legislature, we need you to raise your voice and urge Montana lawmakers to vote NO on SB 356.

We need you!

Send a letter today and tell your lawmakers to oppose this costly measure and protect Montanans from rising auto repair costs and insurance rates.
